She was able to book the suite on the cruise that we wanted, and spent a lot of time suggesting what we would like to see in the various locations. Daniela is very detail oriented, was mindful of the budget, and communicated with us throughout the trip. On the morning we were to leave the airline cancelled the flight. Immediately she was able to get us re-booked on another airline that left within a half hour of the cancelled flight.
